Thanks for all the nice comments you all sent to me on my newspaper story.
I've been thinking...again. Why don't we all get together sometime later this year and have a BIG 60th Birthday party for all the Class of '64 (and others if necessary).? We could just meet up somewhere, have some snacks and mabye a big cake. Anyone want to volunteer to find a time and place?
Please include your name and class year with your e-mail to me.
T. Tommy

Class of '64
I can't even think it, much less say it!!!! However, If I could choose anything, it would be to celebrate it with another "older" (by one day!!) LHS Best Buddy, Barbara Seely, We celebrated our 50th at the 1996 Olympics with a bottle of Russian Champagne!! that I had brought back from Russia and saved for a Special Occassion, never thinking it would be the big 5 0! So, Barb, any ideas for the next big one.....?? I don't have any champagne left, but I (we) could go get some!! We may need more than 1 bottle this year!!
(Please send your own 60th birthday plans or memories. We only have one left to share with you.)

Hope everyone gotta kick out the Dunnevants Dance Photo (sent in earlier). I sure did and thanks to Fred Sanders we got a glimpse of the past. Everytime I go into the Medical Mall my mind driftes back to thoses dances at Dunnavants and all the times I watched The "Tics" & all the other famous local bands that played the Carnegie Hall of Huntsville. Maybe everyone might have a special memory or two of those dances to share with all of us. I remember Bradley's Cafeteria, too. Remember The"Rocks". I became friends with many of that band's members. The "Highboys" & "Tic's" as well. They are and were all great individuals.
I need to edit my script or learn how to spell Like, HA!!
